Merchandise Credit Note and Customer Returns

Customer Returns

The following return options are available to Customers:

• Exchange for same item only (rings may be exchanged for another size.)
• Exchange for a merchandise Credit Note.
• Refund for item/s received within 45 days of original ship date.

When an item is returned that is no longer available, Customers will receive a merchandise Credit Note, which can be redeemed online.

Customers will be mailed their merchandise Credit Note, and those Customers who provided an e–mail address will also receive a copy via e–mail, allowing Customers to immediately redeem them online.

When a Customer returns an item for the same item or exchanges a ring for a different size, we will send the Customer the replacement item. However, if the item is no longer available, we will issue a merchandise Credit Note.

Please note: Credit Notes received for a returned item will expire six months from the date issued. Redeem them right away to avoid losing their value.

Merchandise Credit Note Redemption

Customers wishing to redeem a lia sophia merchandise Credit Note issued after September 12, 2009 will be able to place their order directly from the corporate Web site or their Advisor's Personal Web site. (Please note: Merchandise Credit Notes issued prior to September 12, 2009 should continue to be redeemed through an Advisor.)

On the corporate site, Customers can shop with a Credit Note from the Catalog main screen.

On an Advisor’s Personal Web Site, Customers can shop with a Credit Note from the Browse Our Jewellery Page.

To ensure that we always exceed your expectations, we offer a full Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Merchandise must be purchased through an authorized representative of lia sophia for this guarantee to apply. Because the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is offered by lia sophia, ALL returns or exchanges MUST be handled through the company and NOT the Advisor. Shipping charges are not refundable, and cash refunds are not available after 45 days from original Show ship date.

• Jewellery may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original Customer Purchase Receipt/proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the Customer's expense.
• Jewellery returned within 120 days will be replaced at no charge.
• If your original selection is no longer available, you will receive a merchandise Credit Note.
• Merchandise Credit Notes received for a returned item will expire 6 months from the date issued.
• After 120 days, please add a $5 PER ITEM handling charge.
• Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not cover lost jewellery.

Please include your Customer Invoice/Purchase Receipt and complete the Exchange Form on the back. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.
